Don Lioncio Grajo, 1905, was a recipient of a gift from his father a Spanish house constructed by his brother for passing the bar exam in the early 1900’s. The house ultimately became his district office residence – during his incumbency as of the province representative to the first Legislative Philippines assembly. After his death, Lioncio Grajo Jr. became the heir of the house. Due to his job in Metro Manila, he was not able to maintain the house and finally sold it to his sister, Lourdes Grajo Hubilla who later, as she grew old decided transfer ownership of the house to Doctor Terisita Lasala Ruth a neighbour and current the owner of the old house. Doctor Teresita was the one who took the effort to restore the splendour, which almost became dilapidated to its original structure. She patiently paid the necessary repair, with the aid of the two national museum representative, an architect and an engineer. It took them one year to complete the restoration.
