Sometimes, no matter how much we care, our efforts to help or change others will be in vain if they themselves refuse to move or grow.
Just like the hammer in the image trying to pull out bent nails, our energy can be wasted on people who are unwilling to straighten their own path.
True change begins with willingness—it must come from within.
Instead of exhausting ourselves on those who resist, let us invest our time in those who are open, and most importantly, in improving ourselves.
After all, we cannot force transformation, but we can inspire it by living the change we wish to see.
