This office joined the monthly meeting of Barangay Secretaries this morning at the Liga ng mga Barangay Building to Cascade the latest PSA Issuances re: Civil Registration such as MC 2023-06A and reiterations on MC 2024-17 and 17a to ensure that the BCRVS are also aligned with the new guidelines for a more efficient civil registration services.

Likewise, some concerns on the implementation and submission of reports on Gender and Development Plan and Budget of barangays were discussed in relation to the observation of the LGU GAD Focal Point System (GFPS).

LCRO Jones conducted a quick Information Dissemination on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics to 18 Dressmaking NC 2 trainees at Barangay Napaliong on May 4, 2026.

The topics included the importance of civil registration and vital statistics and appropriate process for common concerns re: civil registration.

After the quick info-dissemination CTEC Focal Person Ms Andzela Pastor-Manuncia led the distribution of cash assistance for the assessment fees of the trainees this month to fully comply with the requirements before they obtain their NC 2.
