FAQs & answers for the BRO for Education, Provincial of Isabela Scholarship Program:
1) For online application & renewal, do we still need to submit hardcopy of the required documents/ attachments?
- "YES. The hardcopy of the required documents /attachments for the application & renewal for BROEd must be submitted to the SK Officials assigned in your barangay for the verification of PGI. But, still prioritize to APPLY or RENEW ONLINE for LESS CONTACT TRANSACTIONS."
2) To whom will the SK Chairpersons submit the collected BROEd forms &/or required docs & attachments?
- "The Provincial Youth Dev't Office (PYDO) advised that the SK Chairpersons shall spearhead the submission of the collected BROEd forms &/or required docs & attachments to the Local Youth Dev't Officer (LYDO) of the municipality."
3) For the applicants residing at puroks under Modified Granular Lockdown until Sept. 30, 2011, how can we submit the hardcopy of the required documents /attachments for the BROEd since the deadline of submission is until Sept. 30, 2021?
- "As per our PYDO, in consideration for the JONES youth, they have advised that all online application & renewal must be done until Sept. 30, 2021 only. Those who have applied online can submit the hardcopy of the required documents /attachments until Oct. 7, 2021 ONLY to the SK assigned in your barangays."

📢📢📢 Heads Up, Kabataang Isabeleños!
BRO-ED ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 1ST SEMESTER 2021-2022 IS NOW OPEN!
The Provincial Government of Isabela through its Provincial Scholarship Program - the BRO-Ed, in its continued support to Isabeleño youth amidst the COVID-19 pandemic has adopted this online application and renewal process to a) facilitate the resumption of application and renewal for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2021-2022 compliant to the guidelines set by the government due to the pandemic; b) continue being in support to scholars particularly during these times when means and livelihood of most Isabeleños are gravely affected by the pandemic; c) continue with the BRO-Ed function and operations amid restrictions brought by the guidelines set to the address the pandemic.
For us to effectively facilitate your application, may we request you to please fill in all the required information. You will also be asked to upload documentary requirements for us to verify the validity of your application or renewal. Kindly do so by attaching clear "scanned or photo captured" files of the following:
🚩 FOR NEW APPLICANTS:
✅ School ID;
✅ Assessment of Fees/Enrollment Form (1st Sem, 2021-22);
✅ SHS Report Card/Certificate of Grades (2nd Sem, 2020-21) signed by the Registrar;
✅ Birth Certificate/Voter's ID or Certification;
✅ Barangay Certification/Indigency; and
✅ Certificate of Academic Excellence, if applying for Academic Scholarship
🚩 FOR RENEWAL OR OLD APPLICANTS:
✅ Assessment of Fees/Enrollment Form (1st Sem 2021-22);
✅ Certificate of Grades (2nd Sem 2020-21) signed by the Registrar; and
✅ Voter's ID or Certification
Further, please be informed of the updated scholarship components per amended Sangguniang Panlalawigan Provincial Scholarship Ordinance (SP Ordinance No. 2020-04-01, Series of 2020) included in this form - the Academic Scholarship Program for Isabeleño students who graduated from senior high school and received an Academic Excellence Award (With Highest Honors, With High Honors and With High Honors); the Non-Academic or Regular Scholarship Program for Isabeleño students who are interested to pursue college education even without high school honors and who may be a member of a small farming family, a poor or indigent family, a person with disability or a member of Indigenous People’s Group (IP); and the Expanded Scholarship Component for Isabeleño students who graduated of any four-year course who is either enrolled in any master or doctorate degree, medicine, law, and religious or theological studies.

Please take note that the names included in the list were verified scholars of the BRO-Ed. Those names who were not included in the list appeared to have submitted incomplete requirements or have attached invalid requirements upon application.
