Good day everyone! we are giving educational assistance to all high school and college students living in BARANGAY VILLACONZOILO JARO, LEYTE (15-30 years old only.)

REQUIREMENTS:

For HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS:

✅1 photocopy of Card 2024-2025
✅1 photocopy of Birth Certificate
✅1 photocopy of Validated School ID with 3-suffix signature

NOTE: place all your requirements inside a short brown envelope

Submission of Requirements:
June 5 – 10, 2025

Release of Assistance will be before June 16, 2025

For COLLEGE STUDENT:

▪️1 photocopy of Valid School ID with 3-suffix signature
▪️1 photocopy Certificate of Enrollment
▪️1 copy of Student Portal ( if mayda)
▪️Place all your requirements inside a short brown envelope.

The Sangguniang Kabataan and Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Villaconzoilo successfully distributed Free School Supplies to Day care up to Grade 6 who are residents of Brgy. Villaconzoilo. Seeing the excitement on these kabataan of barangay villaconzoilo faces as they received their new school supplies was truly heartwarming.
We're so grateful to be part of their journey!
