🏆 PRIDE OF BARANGAY MAYANA: AG SUMAYLO STRIKES GOLD! 🥇🥇

Our hearts are overflowing with immense pride as we celebrate the incredible victory of our very own, AG SUMAYLO, at the CVIRAA Meet! Ag has proven that with hardwork and perseverance, no finish line is out of reach. Bringing home not one, but TWO GOLD MEDALS in the 800-meter and 1,500-meter Track and Field events, he has shown the entire region the caliber of talent we have right here in our barangay.

In behalf of the Sangguniang Kabataan sa Barangay Mayana, dako ang among pasalamat kang AG sa iyang walay paglubad nga dedikasyon sa iyang dula. Nasayod kami sa pait nga sakripisyo, sa sayong pagmata para sa praktis, ug sa kakapoy nga giagian aron maabot kining maong lebel sa excellence. Ang imong kugi nagsilbing inspirasyon sa tanang kabatan-onan sa Mayana nga pinaagi sa disiplina ug kadasig, ang atong mga damgo mahimo gayud natong reyalidad.

Good news, Mayana-anons ug mga Kabatan-onang Mayana-anons!

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will conduct a SATELLITE VOTER REGISTRATION to serve our community.

🗓 Date: January 23, 2026 (Friday)
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Venue: Mayana Barangay Hall

This activity is open for:
✅ New voter registration (nag birthday on or before Nov.2,2026)
✅ Transfer of registration
✅ Correction of entries
✅ Reactivation of voter records

📌 Bring at least one (1) valid ID.

📣Attention to all Mayana youth out there!

Get ready for a festive and eco-friendly initiative! We're crafting Parol and Belen this Friday December 5, 2025 using recycled and indigenous materials. Help us make this project shine by donating your plastic bottles, sacks, unused CDs and "Botong or Kawayan" to the SK officials starting today December 1, 2025. Let's celebrate the season with creativity and sustainability! Feel free to message our page for more details. Together, let's make a greener and merrier Christmas!

Attention!

Due to the reconstruction of our Covered Court, we have had to make changes to our upcoming SK Mayana Christmas Basketball League.

In line with these changes, we are calling on all team captains, players, and anyone interested in hearing about the major adjustments to our league to attend a short meeting and discussion at the Mayana Multi-Purpose Hall/Barangay Hall this evening at 6:00pm.

Your presence is very important to understand the major changes and to provide your opinions.

Please note: The absence of a Purok representative will result in the team's non-entry into the upcoming league. This applies to both the Under 21 and 22 & Upper Categories.

Reschedule nanaman 😔

E-reschedule sa nato atong duwa karong adlawa kay naay naka tambak graba ug bas sa atong covered court. And as per Barangay Council, dili daw pwede e butang sa gawas kay ting-uwan basin mangaanod ang maong mga bas ug graba. We will discuss sa in the meantime with the sk council ug when and where ta mag duwa sa atong liga if ever dugay pa ni magamit ang graba ug bas nga getambak sa court.

RESCHEDULE!

Please be informed that the SK Mayana Inter-Purok Basketball League will be rescheduled to November 22 due to a conflict in the SK Chairperson's schedule.

The SK Chairperson, Richard Marc A. Ednalgan, who is also a teacher at St. Nicholas Academy (SNA) Dimiao, will be unavailable from November 14 to 17 due to BACS TAGBILARAN MEET 2025 and SNA Dimiao is hosting the BACS-MEET 2025, which runs from Friday to Monday.

Please be assured that November 22 is the final date and is not subject to any further change.

We regret to announce that the EXHIBITION GAME between MAYANA and SNA, originally scheduled for today , November 8, 2025, at 7 PM at the Mayana Basketball Court, has been CANCELLED.

Due to the bad weather forecast and for the safety of all players and attendees, especially the SNA team traveling to Mayana, we have made the difficult decision to call off the game.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. We hope to reschedule the game in the near future when conditions are better. Please stay tuned for updates!
