In line with the observance of Semana Santa 2026 and the implementation of Oplan Biyaheng Ayos 2026, personnel of this Sub-Station actively conducted Baywatch operations and maintained the Passenger Assistance Center (PAC) at the port of Jagna to ensure the safety, security, and convenience of all passengers and beachgoers.
Coast Guard Sub-Station Jagna personnel were strategically deployed in coastal areas and beaches to conduct Baywatch operations, which include shoreline monitoring, safety patrols, and public safety reminders to prevent drowning incidents and other maritime-related accidents.
Simultaneously, the Passenger Assistance Center (PAC) was established at the port terminal to assist departing and arriving passengers, provide relevant travel information, monitor passenger flow, and address passenger concerns. Personnel also ensured that port safety protocols were strictly observed while maintaining coordination with port authorities and other concerned agencies.
Through these efforts, the CGSS Jagna continues to uphold its mandate of ensuring maritime safety, security, and environmental protection, while providing efficient public service to support the safe, orderly, and peaceful observance of Semana Santa 2026.
