The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bangonay successfully conducted the SK-LARSHIP PROGRAM 2.0 yesterday, August 16, 2026, at the Barangay Multi-Purpose Gym.

A total of 31 student-achievers received cash incentives under the program, composed of Junior and Senior High School students with High and Highest Honors, as well as newly graduated college students.

The SK-LARSHIP PROGRAM 2.0 is our humble initiative to recognize and celebrate the dedication, perseverance, and academic achievements of the youth in our community. More than the cash incentive, we hope that this simple gesture serves as a reminder that your hard work is valued and your achievements deserve to be celebrated. 🫶

The Sumayajaw Festival is a beautiful celebration of gratitude, giving thanks for the abundant blessings showered upon the town through the intercession of their beloved patroness, Our Lady of Assumption.

From vibrant ethnic attire and mesmerizing traditional dances to soulful songs, colorful props, and heartfelt "Luwa" (lyric poems), the Habonganons truly bring their rich cultural heritage and devotion to life.

May this festive occasion bring joy, unity, fulfillment, and even greater abundance to Jabonga and all Habonganons!

The wait is finally over! We are pleased to announce the Release/Distribution of the SK-LARSHIP Program 2.0: Cash Incentives for Junior and Senior High School Students with High and Highest Honors and Newly Graduated College Students.

To all our SK-LARSHIP Program 2.0 beneficiaries, please be guided accordingly and make sure to attend the scheduled distribution.

📌 Important Reminder:
If the beneficiary cannot attend, the cash incentive may be claimed by an authorized person or a family member, provided that they present an Authorization Letter and a photocopy of their Valid ID.

SK-LARSHIP PROGRAM 2.0 is finally here!

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bangonay is proud to officially launch this year’s SK-LARSHIP PROGRAM 2.0! This year, the program has been expanded to recognize not only Newly Graduated College Students, but also Junior and Senior High School Students with High and Highest Honors for School Year 2025–2026.

This initiative reflects the SK’s continued commitment to recognizing academic excellence and celebrating the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our young achievers.

If you meet the qualification, kindly prepare and submit the following requirements on or before July 21, 2026.

📌 Qualification:
• Bonafide Resident of Barangay Bangonay

📌Requirements:
• Certificate of Residency
• Photocopy of School ID
• Photocopy of a Valid ID
• Photocopy of Certification or Any Proof of Academic Honors (For Junior and Senior High School Students)
• Photocopy of Diploma or Any Proof of Graduation (For Newly Graduated College Students)

📌Deadline for Submission: July 21, 2026
