𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗜𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸

The Municipal Government of Itogon has officially adopted a four-day work week for its municipal operations, effective today, March 9, 2026.

LGU Itogon offices will operate from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The Municipal Health Services Office, Barangay Health Stations, Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, and the Municipal Agriculture Office will continue to operate from Monday to Friday under their respective schedules to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of essential public services.

These offices will implement extended operating hours, with personnel assigned in alternate batches or shifting schedules to maintain continuous service while managing energy use efficiently.

Meanwhile, garbage collection services under the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) will remain unchanged.

The Federation of Itogon Persons with Disability conducted a Special Meeting on February 11, 2026 at the Itogon Training Center (ITC), Tuding. In support of Civil Registration Month, the Municipal Local Registrars Office was invited as a resource partner to discuss the importance of civil registration and to provide guidance to persons with disabilities on accessing civil registry documents and related services.
This initiative highlights FIPWD’s strong advocacy for legal identity, inclusion, and equal access to government services for all PWDs in the municipality.
👏 Thank you to FIPWD officers, members, and the Local Civil Registrar for the meaningful collaboration toward an inclusive Itogon.
