๐จ๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ "๐๐๐ ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐" ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฒ, hosted the 3-Day Youth Camp with the theme โKASALAMATAN: Building Leaders with a Heart spearheaded by the Local Youth Develoment Office (LYDO) Team, Isabela City headed by ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ฅ๐ง๐, ๐๐๐, Youth Development Officer IV, and the Youth Advocates for Compassion and Peace (YACAP) president ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ at Headquarters, 19SFC, Brgy Tabuk, Isabela City, Basilan from 29 - 31 May 2026.
The activity served as a meaningful platform for empowering young leaders through values formation, leadership development, teamwork, and community engagement. Throughout the three-day camp, participants were inspired to become compassionate, responsible, and service-oriented leaders who can positively influence their communities. The 19SFC conducted awareness sessions on the West Philippine Sea, highlighting its significance to national sovereignty and security. Participants were also introduced to Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE/PCRVE), emphasizing the importance of peace, tolerance, critical thinking, and resilience against radicalization and violent extremism and promoting the Be a PMA Cadet infodrive, encouraging aspiring youth to pursue a career of honor, leadership, and service to the nation through the countryโs premier military institution.
19SFC remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote peace, unity, resilience, and youth empowerment, recognizing the vital role of the youth as partners in nation-building and community development.
