is an organization of student leaders who promotes positive social change through transformative learning, community engagement and leadership development. has a dedication to creating an exemplary, participative, and responsible student government with promoting honest and quality service to the school. Thus, this organization has a vision of empowering every student to build up a character aimed

towards a positive change in society. HCECi's USSG is composed of officers as catalysts of change who coordinate a wide variety of activities and programs, which promotes cooperation and quality leadership among the entire studentry.

Before the last curtain call, officers of this academic year will have their final bow and let the upcoming young daredevils step up and continue the legacy of 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆✨ to their fellow 𝑯𝑪𝑬𝑪𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔. Witness a majestic clash between the 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭🔥 and the 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭👤 as they try to capture the interest and votes of the 𝐇𝐂𝐄𝐂𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬. Hearts fluttered and smiles sparkled as we celebrated 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 with a day full of love, laughter, and excitement! Today, January 17, 2025, the halls of HCECi’s Senior High School Building became a hub of transformation as Grade 4 to 10 learners took part in the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿. With the guidance of 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡. 𝗔𝗹𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇, 𝗥𝗠, 𝗥𝗡, 𝗦𝗖𝗙𝗛𝗦-𝗥𝗡, 𝗨𝗦𝗥𝗡, and a committed 𝗣𝗗𝗘𝗔 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁, students gained life-changing insights to make empowered choices, safeguard their well-being, and rise as advocates for a safer, brighter community.
