• Open to all youth residents of Barangay San Juan.
• Participants must register before the start of the contest.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲:
• All artworks must be based on the theme: “𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙎𝘿𝙂𝙨: 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙡𝙖, 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙮, 𝙖𝙩 𝙉𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙖 𝙉𝙜𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖”

• SK San Juan will provide the 𝟏/𝟒 illustration board, or its equivalent canvas.
• Participants may use a variety of materials such as colored pencils, markers, and oil pastels.
• The poster must be original and not a copy of existing posters or images.

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁:
• Participants will be given maximum four (4) hours to finish their entry.
• If a participant fails to finish on time, deductions may be applied based on the judges’ decision.

• Each participant must create one (𝟏) original poster.
• Artwork must be done on-site during the contest
• Plagiarism or copying of designs is strictly prohibited.

• This pageant is open to Irigueños.
• Candidates must be between 15 and 24 years of age.
• Candidates must be single and must not have born a child.
• Must not win/have any national, regional, provincial, and city titles.
• Candidates must be in good physical and mental condition to attend rehearsal and other activities.
• Must have good moral character.

Candidates must bring the following:

- Proof of residency
- 2x2 photo with WHITE background
- Original and 2 photocopies of Birth Certificate/PSA
- Original and 2 photocopies of a valid ID
