SK ORDER NO. 01, SERIES OF 2026

In compliance with DILG Memorandum No. 2026-021, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Elena has officially established the Sangguniang Kabataan Inventory Team (SKIT).

This step reinforces our commitment to transparency, good governance, and responsible stewardship of public funds and assets. The SKIT will lead the comprehensive physical count, verification, and documentation of all SK-owned properties, supplies, and equipment to ensure every resource is accounted for and utilized solely for the betterment of our youth.

As we turn over and organize our official records and physical assets, we uphold the standard of an honest, efficient, and accountable youth leadership. Every desk, basketball, laptop, and document represents the community's trust in us—and we are dedicated to protecting that trust.

Together, let us keep Barangay Sta. Elena moving forward through proactive leadership and structured governance, accountable youth, stronger community!
