Your hard work, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment throughout the training have shaped you into individuals who embody courage, integrity, and patriotism. Congratulations to all graduating cadets for successfully completing this chapter and for carrying forward the values of leadership and service that define the ROTC spirit.

As we honor the graduates, we also warmly welcome and recognize the new set of Corps and Staff who are entrusted with the responsibility of guiding the organization into its next chapter. In pursuit of strengthening military competence, discipline, and defense preparedness, the University of Northeastern Philippines Firing Grounds became the venue for the successful conduct of the 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌16𝐀1 rifle last May 2-3, 2026 with the UNEP and HTC ROTC Units. This significant training activity provided cadets with firsthand exposure to proper firearm familiarization, allowing them to understand the fundamentals of responsible gun handling, strict observance of firearm safety protocols, and the correct ex*****on of firing procedures under guided supervision.

The success of this undertaking would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication, patience, and expertise of the Organic personel from the 31𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 ,and the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 , 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 from the UNEP ROTC UNIT who worked tirelessly to ensure that every cadet was equipped not only with technical knowledge, but also with the discipline and responsibility that come with handling fi****ms.
