The Municipal Assessor in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) successfully conducted a survey of the LGU-Owned ridge located at Ipil Heights on this day.

This initiative aims to ensure accurate land documentation proper boundary identification and updated records for government properties. The survey is part of ongoing efforts to promote transparency, responsible land management and sustainable development planning within the municipality.

JOINT INSPECTION OF BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS

In a concerted effort to ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory standards, a joint inspection of business establishments was successfully conducted by key municipal offices and agencies.

Participating in this collaborative initiative we’re the office of the Municipal Engineering, Sanitation and Business Permits and Licensing Office (SAO/ BPLO), Municipal Assessor’s Office, Municipal Health Office, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), MITSOM, Ipil Municipal Police Station, and Ipil Municipal Fire Station.

This joint activity underscores the Municipality’s commitment to promoting safe, healthy and legally complaint business practices, while fostering sustainable growth and community welfare.

The Municipal Assessor's Office successfully conducted a General Revision Seminar aimed at enhancing the knowledge and readiness of our data gatherers and assessment staff in preparation for the upcoming GENERAL REVISION of property assessments.

The two-day seminar was enriched by insightful discussions led by MR. JIMMY H. MAGLANGIT and MR. WILFREDO DL. GERUNDIO, who shared their experience and best practices in property assessment and data gathering techniques.

The activity was graced by key officials including Municipal Administrator ATTY. REY ANDRE C. OLEGARIO, Municipal Assessor CHARLIE F. ILAGAN, and Provincial Assessor JOCELYN D. BRACAMONTE, whose presence underscored the importance of continued professional development in public service.

This initiative marks another step forward in our commitment to accurate, fair and transparent property assessment for the Municipality.

At this moment, the Municipal Assessor's Office is assisting in the ongoing discussion regarding the identified occupants of a portion of the LGU-Owned Ridge located at Brgy. Ipil Heights.

This dialogue is part of our continuing effort to address issues and concerns related to informal settlement in the area, ensuring that all actions are guided by fairness legal procedures and the welfare of the parties involved.
