𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗨𝗚𝗔𝗡 𝗨𝗞𝗢𝗟 𝗦𝗔 𝗞𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗔 𝗧𝗨𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗞𝗨𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗦 (𝗧𝗕) 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗚𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗘𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗗𝗟

Noong ika-6 ng Agosto 2026, dakong 10:35 ng umaga, ang Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), sa ilalim ng pamamahala ni 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director ng Jail Bureau, at sa pamumuno ni SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, ay nagsagawa ng edukasyong pangkalusugan tungkol sa Tuberkulosis (TB) para sa mga babaeng PDL bilang bahagi ng paggunita sa National Lung Month.

Pinangunahan ni JO2 Jonarisa D Aballe, Jail Nurse, katuwang ang UWD JNOR na si JO3 Beverlee C Buletic, ang talakayan hinggil sa pagkalat ng TB, pag-iwas dito, kahalagahan ng maagang pagpapakonsulta, at libreng pagsusuri at gamutan sa ilalim ng National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP) ng DOH.

Aktibong nakilahok ang mga PDL sa talakayan, nagtanong, at nabigyang-linaw ang mga maling paniniwala tungkol sa Tuberkulosis.

Kalusugan ay pangalagaan, kaalaman ay palawakin!

Ngayong buwan ng Agosto 2026, ang Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥., 𝗖𝗘𝗦, Regional Director ng Jail Bureau, at sa direktang pamamahala ni SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, ay patuloy na nagsasagawa ng Alternative Learning System (ALS) Classes para sa mga Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) sa pakikipagtulungan ng mga g**o mula sa Zamboanga Sibugay National High School (ZSNHS).

Limang (5) PDL na naka-enroll sa Grade 12 ang aktibong lumahok sa klase bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusulong ng edukasyon, rehabilitasyon, at personal na pag-unlad.ghahanda para sa mas maayos na pagbabalik sa komunidad.

Noong ika 6 ng Agosto 2026, dakong alas 8:00 ng umaga, ang Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥., 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director ng Jail Bureau, at sa paggabay ni SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, ay lumahok sa Institutional and Agency Briefing Ceremony para sa Batch SIKLAB-LAYA Class 2027 na ginanap sa Col. Bayani P. Mendoza Camp (AMMC Main Building), Bangkerohan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Kinatawan ng IDJ-FD si JO1 Annie Rose T Garan, Human Resource Development Officer, habang ang delegasyon ng BJMP ay pinangunahan ni SJO4 Rommel G Torres, Chief Admin mula sa Ipil District Jail–Male Dormitory (IDJ-MD). Nasa 318 graduating criminology students ang nakatanggap ng briefing mula sa iba’t ibang ahensiya hinggil sa kani-kanilang mandato, operasyon, pamantayang etikal, at propesyonal na asal bilang paghahanda sa kanilang OJT.

Noong ikw-5 ng Agosto 2026, dakong alas 7:15 A.M., ang Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), sa ilalim ng paggabay ni 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥., 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, at sa direktang pangangasiwa ni SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, ay matagumpay na isinagawa ang Halina’t Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay (HAPAG) Program sa vegetable garden ng pasilidad.

Sa pag-aani ng sariwang talong at okra, hindi lamang pagkain ang napagyayaman kundi pati na rin ang diwa ng pagtutulungan, disiplina, at pagiging produktibo ng mga Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Ang programang ito ay patuloy na nagsusulong ng food sustainability, makabuluhang gawain, at positibong pagbabago sa loob ng pasilidad.

Noong ika-5 ng Agosto 2026, dakong alas 10:00 A.M., ang Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), alinsunod sa direktiba ni 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥., 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director ng Jail Bureau, at sa pamumuno ni SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, sa pamamagitan ng CRS Unit, katuwang ang CRS Unit ng Ipil District Jail–Male Dormitory (IDJ-MD), ay nagsagawa ng koordinasyon sa Juander Radio 93.5 FM Station na pinamumunuan ni Ginoong Argie T. Quimno, Station Manager, kasama ang kanyang mga kawani, para sa pagtatakda ng iskedyul at mga paksang tatalakayin sa nalalapit na media guesting.

Layunin ng aktibidad na maipabatid sa publiko ang mga programa, serbisyo, at inisyatiba ng Jail Bureau para sa Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at komunidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng nasabing koordinasyon, higit na napalakas ang ugnayan ng IDJ-FD, IDJ-MD, at JuanDer Radio Station bilang katuwang sa pagpapalaganap ng impormasyon at adbokasiya ng BJMP.

Noong ika-5 ng Agosto 2026, dakong alas-9:00 ng umaga, ang Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ni 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥., 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, at sa pamumuno ni SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, sa pamamagitan nina JO3 Princes Rodelyn E Saldua, CRS Unit, at JO2 Joy M Alde, CRS Unit ng Ipil District Jail–Male Dormitory (IDJMD), ay nagsagawa ng pagpupulong sa koordinasyon kasama ang Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO)–Ipil sa pangunguna ni Ginoong Felix T. Badon, Hepe ng MENRO.

Tinalakay sa pagpupulong ang mga kinakailangang paghahanda at mga hakbang upang matiyak ang maayos na pagsasagawa ng nakatakdang Tree Planting at Clean-Up Drive. Naging daan din ito upang higit pang mapagtibay ang ugnayan at pagtutulungan ng IDJ-FD at MENRO–Ipil sa pagsusulong ng pangangalaga sa kalikasan, pagpapalakas ng ugnayan sa komunidad, at pagpapatupad ng mga programang para sa kapakanan at rehabilitasyon ng mga Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

On August 4, 2026, at around 9:00 A.M., the Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), under the leadership of 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, and under the guidance of SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, through the efforts of JO3 Princess Rodelyn E Saldua, CRS Unit, in collaboration with JO2 Joy M Alde, CRS of IDJ-MD, conducted an ELCAC Information Dissemination Campaign by distributing informational leaflets to fifty (50) individuals at the Public Market, Don Andres, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The activity aimed to strengthen public awareness of the government's peace and security initiatives under the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) through brief information-sharing and community engagement, supporting the municipality's continued commitment to maintaining peace, order, and public safety.

On August 3, 2026, at around 9:00 A.M., the Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), under the supervision of 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, , Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, and the leadership of SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, conducted a coordination meeting with Ms. Rosana T. Palalon, Provincial Budget Officer, and Engr. Venancio A. Ferrer, Provincial Planning and Development Officer, together with their staff, at the Provincial Financial Budget Office, 2nd Floor, Capitol Building, Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.

During the meeting, SJO4 Vargas, together with SJO1 Rowell E Rodriguez, Liaison Officer, presented the Proposed POPS Plan 2027, highlighting priority infrastructure projects for the improvement of the Jail Facility.

The proposal aims to enhance jail security and facility operations, improve the welfare and development of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), and promote the wellness of personnel through the support and partnership of the Provincial Government.

On August 3, 2026, at around 7:30 A.M., the Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), in accordance with the directives of 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, and under the leadership of SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, successfully conducted the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and accounting of personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

The activity reinforced discipline, unity, and commitment to public service. As part of the program, JO2 Jerry May B Romanillos shared the Value Focus on "Sense of Responsibility," highlighting 2 Peter 1:10 as a reminder to remain diligent, faithful, and steadfast in fulfilling one's duties.

On August 1, 2026, the Ipil District Jail–Female Dormitory (IDJ-FD), under the leadership of 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗝𝗥, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, and under the guidance of SJO4 Cindy N Vargas, Acting Jail Warden, received fresh vegetable donations from the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO)-Ipil to support the nutritional needs of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

The donated vegetables, provided by Mr. Felix T. Badon, Head of MENRO-Ipil, were picked up by SJO1 Rowell E Rodriguez, Mess Officer, together with JO3 Princess Rodelyn E Saldua, CRS Unit, and JO1 Annie Rose T Garan, and were subsequently turned over to the on-duty custodial personnel for meal preparation.

This initiative reflects the strong partnership between BJMP and MENRO-Ipil in promoting the welfare and well-being of PDL through meaningful community support and inter-agency collaboration.
