Please be advised that work in all DAR Leyte offices will be SUSPENDED tomorrow, November 10, 2025, due to Super Typhoon Uwan.

This is in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 106 from the Office of the President, which suspends work in government offices in Region VIII and other affected areas.

The Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officer ,Jose Romel Cua Molina assisted the DAR provincial office Survey team under the Support to Parcelization of Landholdings for Individual Titling program
or (SPLIT ) in Matalom,Leyte.
The subdivision survey was successfully served to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries who actually occupied and cultivated the land.

An affidavit of voluntary surrender can be revoked if the affiant's/tenant's consent was vitiated by intimidation or misrepresentation. Under the law, consent given to these conditions is not truly voluntary, rendering the agreement VOIDABLE.
The supreme court has established that surrender must be clearly and voluntarily made.The tenant's intention to relinquish a right cannot be pressumed or determined by mere implication. The same logic applies to any right waived through an affidavit .
