It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sir Dann, who passed away on March 19, 2026, in Ilocos Sur.

Sir Dann was a valued representative of the Media Sector in the INDANG MPS – Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD), where he exemplified dedication, commitment, and genuine service to the community. His contributions and presence will be greatly missed.

February 17, 2026 | Oath-Taking Ceremony

Today marks a meaningful chapter in community partnership and leadership as James Lesanque officially assumed office as the Elected Vice Chairperson of the Indang Municipal Police Station – Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD).

The oath was solemnly administered by PCPT Jude Baligod, and witnessed by PNP personnel, MAGPTD officials, and members under the leadership of Hon. Constancio “Nilo” S. Telmo Jr., MAGPTD Chairperson. The ceremony reflected unity, trust, and a shared vision for effective police transformation and sustainable community development.

This appointment reinforces the strong collaboration between the Philippine National Police and community stakeholders — working hand in hand to promote transparency, accountability, and proactive public service. Joint Police Ops Nabbed A Regional Level Most Wanted Person in Indang, Cavite

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite— A coordinated manhunt operation conducted by the personnel of Indang Municipal Police Station together with the personnel of Provincial Mobile Force Company led to the arrest of a Regional Level Most Wanted Person in Indang, Cavite.

PMAJ IAN JASPER M MONTOYA, Acting Chief of Police of Indang Municipal Police Station, identified the arrested individual as alias Echo, and presently residing at Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

The arrest was made by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for R**e under Article 266-A, Paragraph 1 of the Revised Penal Code, issued on November 8, 2025, by the Acting Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 15, Naic, Cavite. The offense is classified as not bailable.

The accused is currently under the custody of the Indang Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper legal disposition. The warrant of arrest will be returned to the court of origin, with a spot report to follow.

In a statement, PCOL ARIEL R RED, Acting Provincial Director underscored the importance of inter-unit coordination in law enforcement operations. “This successful operation shows how cooperation among police units strengthens our ability to serve warrants efficiently and lawfully. Our priority is to protect communities while upholding due process,” the Provincial Director said.

A Service of Remembrance and Presentation of the Posthumous Service Award was held in honor of the late IMEE A. CREENCIA, Vice President of the Indang MPS – Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development.

The meaningful ceremony was attended by PMAJ Ian Jasper M. Montoya, Chief of Police of Indang, Hon. Nilo S. Telmo Jr., Chairperson, MAGPTD,Atty. Ailyn L. Cortez, Secretary of PAGPTD Cavite, and the MAGPTD members. It was held at Brgy. Buna Lejos, Indang, Cavite on December 29, 2025

Her dedicated service, leadership, and commitment to the community will forever be remembered and serve as an inspiration to all. 🕊️

Mula sa buong Indang MPS Municipal Advisory Group, kami ay nagbibigay ng pinakamataas na pagkilala at pagpupugay sa ating minahal na Vice President.

Ang iyong hindi matatawarang serbisyo, tapat na liderato, at ang makulay mong pagkatao ang nagsilbing puso ng ating grupo. Higit pa sa isang opisyal, ikaw ay naging isang kaibigan at kapatid sa aming lahat. Maraming salamat sa pag-aalay ng iyong panahon at talino para sa ikabubuti ng ating bayan at ng ating kapulisan.

Hindi man sapat ang salita upang ipahayag ang aming pangungulila, ang iyong legasiya at ang saya na dinala mo sa aming grupo ay mananatiling buhay sa aming mga puso at sa bawat proyektong aming itutuloy.

Almighty and Loving God,

We come before You today with heavy hearts as we remember a dear member of our Advisory Group. We thank You for the gift of her life and for the time we spent together in service and fellowship.

Lord, we especially thank You for the unique vibrance she brought to our group. Because of her, our mission became more joyful, and our bond became more colorful. Her energy was a light that encouraged us all, and her absence leaves a space that only Your grace can fill.

We pray that You receive her into Your loving arms. Grant her eternal rest in a place where there is no more pain, only peace and everlasting light.

Comfort our team and her bereaved family during this difficult time. Help us to carry forward the same passion and brightness she shared with us, keeping their memory alive in the work we continue to do.

JOINT MEETING | MAS PINATATAG NA KOORDINASYON AT PAGKAKAISA

Matapos ang matagumpay na Courtesy Visit, isinagawa ang isang Joint Meeting ng mga miyembro ng Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD) – Indang at Provincial Advisory Group (PAGPTD) – Cavite, sa pangunguna ni FDR. Emerson Atanacio.

Isa sa mga tampok na bahagi ng pagpupulong ang paglalahad ng 2023–2024 Accomplishment Report ng MAGPTD, na nagbigay-linaw sa mga tagumpay, inisyatiba, at mga hakbang na naisakatuparan sa nakalipas na taon para sa bayan ng Indang.

Tinalakay rin ang mga plano para sa pagpapatuloy ng mga programang naglalayong higit pang patibayin ang ugnayan ng kapulisan at komunidad.

Patuloy ang pagkakaisa ng iba’t ibang sektor para sa iisang layunin—isang ligtas, disiplinado, at maunlad na Indang at Cavite. 💙🤝

COURTESY VISIT | NAGKAKAISANG SERBISYO PARA SA BAYAN NG INDANG

Isinagawa ngayong araw ang matagumpay na Courtesy Visit ng Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD) – Indang, sa pamumuno ni Hon. Nilo Telmo, kasama ang mga sectoral representatives ng grupo.

Ang grupo ay buong galang na tinanggap ng Bagong Halal na Punong Bayan ng Indang, Mayor Virgilio “Vergel” Fidel, bilang pagpapakita ng suporta at pakikiisa sa adhikain ng Advisory Council para sa mas epektibong ugnayan sa pagitan ng kapulisan at komunidad.

Kasama rin sa pagbisita ang mga kinatawan mula sa Provincial Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (PAGPTD) sa pangunguna ni FDR. Emerson Atanacio, na patuloy na nagbibigay ng gabay sa mga lokal na advisory group sa buong lalawigan.

Ang ganitong pagkilos ay patunay ng sama-samang pagkilos tungo sa mas ligtas, disiplinado, at maunlad na Indang. 💙👮‍♂️
