a recognition that carries the weight of countless hours of service, patience in resolving conflicts, and hearts committed to preserving peace within the community.

Behind this achievement are stories that may not always be seen, long days of listening, nights spent seeking fair solutions, moments of doubt, and challenges that tested strength and unity. Yet through every obstacle, one truth remained constant: the sustaining Grace of the Lord.

It was not by strength alone, nor by wisdom alone, but by God’s grace that guided every decision, calmed every misunderstanding, and strengthened every heart to serve with fairness and compassion. Tunay nga na pinatunayan ng Panginoon na hindi nawawlan ng saysay ang bawat pagod at sakripisyo sa puso na ang laman ay ang tunay na paglilingkod.
