📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
The Office of the Punong Barangay of Barangay Ilaya, Inabanga, Bohol hereby informs all business owners and operators, particularly the following:
• Sari-sari stores
• Computer shops
• Piso WiFi
• Food-related establishments
that securing a Barangay Business Clearance is MANDATORY.
📅 DEADLINE:
All concerned business owners are required to comply on or before the LAST DAY OF JANUARY.
❗ Failure to secure the required Barangay Business Clearance on or before the deadline shall result in the TEMPORARY CLOSURE of the business until full compliance is met.
📌 Seminar Requirement:
All food handlers, including sari-sari store owners and staff, must have attended the Food Safety/Sanitation (AWS) Seminar conducted by the Municipality of Inabanga last November.
Proof of attendance is required upon application.
General Requirements: • Duly accomplished application form
• Proof of attendance to the Municipal Food Safety/Sanitation (AWS) Seminar (for sari-sari stores and food-related businesses)
• Payment of prescribed barangay fees
