As of 8:00 PM today, 3 September 2026, “SAUDEL” (formerly “OBET”) is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has weakened into a Tropical Depression.

Meanwhile, Low Pressure Area (LPA 09a) is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and has intensified into a Tropical Depression.

Additionally, Tropical Storm "KROVANH" (formerly "PILANDOK") has exited the monitoring domain of PAGASA. However, it is still being closely monitored for the possibility of re-entry into the monitoring domain in the coming days.

All are advised to monitor updates from PAGASA-DOST.

As of 2:00 PM today, 3 September 2026, LPA 08m has dissipated.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm “PILANDOK” and Tropical Storm “SAUDEL” (formerly “OBET”) are being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Additionally, a Low Pressure area (LPA 09a) is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and has a "MEDIUM" potential of developing into tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from PAGASA-DOST.

As of 8:00 AM today, 3 September 2026, Tropical Storm “PILANDOK”, Tropical Storm “SAUDEL” (formerly “OBET”) and LPA 08m are all being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). Furthermore, LPA 08m is “UNLIKELY” to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from PAGASA-DOST.

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (SanJoaquin, IloiloCity, Leganes) and (Buenavista) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (TobiasFornier and AniniY) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
