In response to the continuing calls for wage intervention amid rising living costs, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-VI (RTWPB-VI) invites you to participate in the Stakeholders' Dialogue on Socio-Economic and Labor Market Conditions in Region VI on 21 July 2026 at Citadines Amigo Hotel, Iloilo City.

The dialogue forms part of the Board's continuing studies under Republic Act No. 6727 to assess prevailing regional socio-economic and labor market conditions and determine whether developments in the region may warrant appropriate regulatory action.

🤝 Advancing Digital Inclusion through the
eGov Program for Kasambahays in Western Visayas! 💻📱

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board VI (RTWPB VI) extends its sincere appreciation to the Department of Information and Communications Technology Region VI (DICT VI) for the productive collaboration and presentation of the eGov Program—a transformative initiative that brings government services closer to every Filipino, including our valued Domestic Workers (Kasambahays) in Western Visayas.

✨ The eGov Program serves as a one-stop digital platform that enables citizens to conveniently access government services anytime and anywhere. Through this initiative, kasambahays can more easily connect with government agencies, access information, and avail of services that support their welfare and development.

This collaboration also strengthens awareness of the rights and benefits of domestic workers under the Kasambahay Law (R.A. 10361), including:

✅ Fair and lawful wages
✅ SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG coverage
✅ Protection against abuse and exploitation
✅ Access to government programs and services

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board VI (RTWPB VI) played a pivotal role in the success of Latte Coffee Café by providing the tools and training necessary to navigate the challenges of running a business. RTWPB VI's contribution can be highlighted through several key areas:

✅Practical Productivity Insights: The training programs offered practical insights on how to improve productivity within the workplace and make daily operations more efficient.

Building stronger and more competitive local businesses!

In collaboration with the LGU of Dumangas, Iloilo, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board VI (RTWPB VI) conducted a one-day Productivity Orientation and Service Quality Training for restaurant owners, staff, and other MSMEs in Dumangas, Iloilo.

The activity provided participants with practical insights on improving productivity, delivering excellent customer service, and creating better customer experiences. By investing in knowledge and skills development, our local entrepreneurs are better equipped to grow their businesses and contribute to the continued progress of our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this meaningful initiative. Together, we are building a culture of productivity, quality service, and sustainable business growth in Dumangas.

In celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board - VI (RTWPB-VI) actively participated as a Help Desk Partner during the DOLE Trabaho Agad Job Fair held on June 12, 2026, at Robinsons Place Iloilo.

Through its Help Desk, RTWPB-VI provided job seekers, employers, and stakeholders with information on productivity improvement programs, wage advisories, labor-related concerns, and other services offered by the Board. The activity served as an avenue to promote productivity awareness and support employment opportunities for the people of Western Visayas.

RTWPB-VI remains committed to advancing decent work, fair wages, and enhanced productivity toward a more competitive and inclusive workforce.
