📍 EVALUATION VISIT | MUNICIPALITY OF MINA

The Office of the Provincial Assessor Evaluation Team recently visited the Municipality of Mina as part of its continuing assessment and monitoring of local assessment operations.

The team was warmly welcomed by OIC Municipal Assessor Suzelle G. Pineda and her dedicated staff.

The evaluation aims to strengthen assessment operations, promote efficiency and accuracy, and encourage the sharing of best practices among local assessor’s offices. It also provides an opportunity to identify areas for improvement and further enhance the delivery of quality public service.

OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL ASSESSOR EVALUATION TEAM VISITS MUNICIPALITY OF BADIANGAN!!

The Office of the Provincial Assessor Evaluation Team paid a courtesy call to Municipal Mayor Atty. Suzette A. Mamon as part of its continuing evaluation and monitoring of local assessment operations.

The team proceeded to the Municipal Assessor’s Office, where the evaluation was conducted through OIC Municipal Assessor Elenor G. Navio and her dedicated staff.

The activity aims to assess and strengthen the office’s performance in records management, property appraisal, assessment procedures, tax mapping, and administrative operations.

Through this evaluation, the Office of the Provincial Assessor continues to promote accuracy, efficiency, transparency, and quality public service in local real property assessment.

ANGAT!! SAN MIGUEL!!

The Evaluation Team from the Office of the Provincial Assessor recently visited the Municipality of San Miguel as part of its continuing assessment and monitoring of local real property assessment operations.

The team was warmly welcomed by Municipal Mayor Hon. Bonifacio S. Salapantan, Jr., together with Municipal Assessor Engr. Aaron Roy Sancio and the dedicated personnel of the Municipal Assessor’s Office.

The evaluation is an important mechanism in ensuring that local assessment operations are accurate, efficient, transparent, and compliant with existing policies and standards. It provides an opportunity to review and strengthen records management, tax mapping, property appraisal and valuation, and administrative procedures.

Through this activity, areas for improvement are identified, best practices are strengthened, and assessment services are continuously enhanced.

The collaborative efforts of the Provincial and Municipal Assessor’s Offices contribute to fair and reliable property assessment and better public service for the people of San Miguel.

The Evaluation Team of the Office of the Provincial Assessor recently visited the Municipality of Tigbauan as part of its continuing evaluation and monitoring of local real property assessment operations.

The team was warmly welcomed by Municipal Mayor Atty. Virgilio T. Teruel, together with Municipal Assessor Jonalyn T. Tirasol and her dedicated staff.

The evaluation aims to assess and strengthen the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the Municipal Assessor’s Office, particularly in the areas of tax mapping, property appraisal and valuation, assessment records management, and administrative procedures. It also seeks to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with existing policies and standards, and promote uniform and reliable assessment practices.

Through this initiative, the Office of the Provincial Assessor continues to support local assessment offices in delivering accurate, transparent, efficient, and responsive public service, ultimately contributing to improved local revenue generation and better governance.

The Evaluation Team from the Office of the Provincial Assessor recently visited the Municipality of Lambunao as part of its continuing assessment and monitoring of local real property assessment operations.

The team was warmly welcomed by Dr. Flordelyn G. Amon, Senior Administrative Assistant III, representing Municipal Mayor Hon. Reynor R. Gonzales, together with Municipal Assessor Edeth June L. Mantilla and her dedicated personnel.
