Pursuant to Office of the President Proclamation No. 430, s. 1989, 18 March 2026 is a non-working special day in the island of Panay (Aklan, Antique, Capiz, and Iloilo), Romblon, and Guimaras, in commemoration of Victory Day (Liberation of Panay).

Civil Service Commission Regional Office VI and its Field Offices in Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, and Iloilo will be closed on 18 March 2026 (Wednesday).

Regular operations will resume on 19 March 2026 (Thursday).
