𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐒𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐏 𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐒🧹🏆
Buenavista Youth Leaders once again dominated the Provincial Linggo ng Kabataan 2025 competitions.
In a 1-day event, these young leaders brought home 4 Championship Titles in 4 different categories sweeping the LNK 2025.

The 3x3 Basketball Team finished the tournament with no-loss record dominating the San Lorenzo in the Championship Round. The team is composed of SK Kagawads, Lloyd Vincent Lanado and Carl Bryan Damaso of Brgy. Salvacion, Third Acla of Brgy. Sto. Rosario, and Skyrus Occeña of Brgy. New Poblacion.

SK Tanag also thrown a perfect pitch to seal the victory in the Project Pitching Contest in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals against 4 other municipalities. The Team was led by SK Chairman RAYMART B. PAJARITO, and his SK Council HANNAH GRACE B. ACILO, KRISTEL ANN H. ANTONG, MAUREEN GRACE R. HIPONIA, PRINCESS G. HIPONIA, UELNEXIS P. GALLO, KYLE JIREEH L. QUEZON, BON ANDY R. HIPONIA, BRYAN MAR S. PALTIGUERA.

The Debating Team proved its mastery of the proposition over the resolution “RA 12232 An Act setting the term of office of Barangay Officials and Members of the Sangguniang Kabataan and for other purposes”. The Debating Team of Buenavista is composed of intellectuals and quick-witted SK Chairpersons Banelly Crossaint Basco of Brgy. Salvacion, Charles Aerol Lemery of Brgy. Cansilayan and Municipal Federation President Dave Van Bartolome.

To complete the Fab 4 is the ever creative Dominic Cariaga of Brgy. Bacjao who clinched the 1st Place in the Poster and Slogan Making Contest.

LOOK: Nilagdaan na ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang batas na magpapaliban sa Barangay at SK elections sa Disyembre.

Ayon sa bagong batas, ang susunod na Barangay at SK elections ay gaganapin sa unang Lunes ng Nobyembre 2026 at tuwing ika-apat na taon pagkatapos nito.
