The said program is sponsored by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines.

• Bring a mobile phone with a stable internet connection and ensure that you are able to access your personal ROAP account.
• Bring the original copies of documents presented during the physical verification in your respective processing area (HRMU).

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Philippine Coast Guard District Western Visayas (CGDWV), represented by Lieutenant Commander Lennie Marie B Pelaez PCG, the Chief of Staff of Coast Guard District Western Visayas, together with the Human Resource Management Unit – Western Visayas (HRMU-WV), formally received one (1) television unit and one (1) audio-video receiver (AVR) donated by the Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI) during a simple turnover ceremony held at Headquarters CGDWV, Zone II, Bo. Obrero, Lapuz, Iloilo City, today 16 July 2026.

The donated equipment will further enhance the District's capability in information dissemination, personnel development, training, and other welfare related activities, reinforcing AFPMBAI's enduring commitment to the well-being of the men and women of the Philippine Coast Guard.

Enlisted Personnel, who have met the required Time-in-Grade and with completed Career Course, are advised to ensure that all their documentary requirements are complete and neatly organized in a long white folder before your scheduled appearance.

Required TIG:
SN1/SW1 - 3 years as SN1/SW1 or the year of last promotion is 2023 and below

PO1 - 5 years as PO1 or the year of last promotion is 2021 and below

The Human Resource Management Unit – Western Visayas would like to inform the following Enlistment Applicants (𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 - 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐲) who have passed the Initial Screening and Document Verification process and are hereby directed to report to the Headquarters Coast Guard District Western Visayas, Zone 2, Bo. Obrero, Lapuz, Iloilo City, on 29 May 2026 (Friday) at exactly 6:30 AM for the conduct of the Deliberation.

Applicants are required to observe the following reminders for Deliberation:

• Dress Code must be in Corporate/Business or Semi-Formal Attire.
• Male applicants must strictly observe proper and formal haircut.
• Female applicants must ensure that their hair is neatly tied.
• Must bring your initial documentary requirements together with the additional set of photocopy in separate folders (White)
• Must bring mobile phone with stable internet connection
• Must bring two (2) Valid ID’s
