Introduced by Senator Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan, Senate Bill 1991 (the Agriculture and Fisheries Extension Act) and Senate Bill 1990 (the Agricultural Cooperatives Act) represent key legislative reforms for the agricultural sector.
