The fifth presenter is from Jalandoni Memorial National High School. Their program is Community Reading Day: Empowering Young Minds Through Books. The "Community Reading Day: Empowering Young Minds Through Books" aims to foster a love for reading among young people in the community by providing access to a diverse range of books and promoting reading as an enjoyable and engaging activity. This goal seeks to instill a lifelong passion for literature, encouraging students and children to develop the habit of reading. Additionally, the event will focus on enhancing literacy skills through interactive reading sessions, storytelling activities, and workshops that emphasize comprehension, vocabulary, and critical thinking. By equipping participants with the tools to better understand and analyze texts, we aim to improve their overall reading and writing abilities. Finally, this initiative seeks to build a stronger sense of community by bringing together students, educators, parents, and local authors to celebrate the joy of reading. Through this event, participants will have opportunities to interact, share experiences, and engage in activities that promote inclusivity, collaboration, and mutual support, ultimately strengthening the bond among community members.
