In a powerful display of unity and commitment to a peaceful election, Councilor Nhicolle Brigondo Capangpangan, alongside the United Iligan Party led by Congressman Celso Regencia, aspiring City Mayor Leony Roy Ga, and aspiring Vice Mayor Ernest Oliver "WekWek" Uy, walked together during the Unity Walk held from Gaisano Iligan Main to Iligan City Public Plaza.

Councilor Capangpangan emphasized the importance of working together for a progressive and united Iligan, saying:
