A short testimony lang po,, last October 2022,,my youngest son had skin rashes, usong uso pa naman po noon yung tinatawag na HMFD (Hand, mouth, foot disease) ba yun?? Pagluluha ng Mata (Watery Eyes)

Ang luha ay naglilinis at tumutulong na tanggalin ang mga maliliit na dumi galing sa alikabok.

Ang mga kadalasang dahilan ng pagluluha:
1. Sa pag-edad ay nagbabago ang balat sa talukap sa mata. Dahil dito, hindi na lumalapat maigi ang eyelids kaya nag-iipon ang luha sa sulok ng mata.
2. Sa pag-edad, minsan ang tear duct ay nabarahan, at pinipigilan ang luha na dumaloy sa iyong mga mata.
3. Ang panunuyo at iritasyon sa kapaligiran mula sa dumi at hangin.
4. Kung may pink eyes o sore eyes mula sa virus o bacteria.
5. Dahil sa allergy, pwede din magluha ang mata.

Para makatulong malunasan ang pagluluha ng mata:
1. Maglagay ng warm compress habang nakapikit ang talukap ng iyong mata 3 beses kada araw sa loob ng 10 minuto.
2. Huwag kusutin ang mga mata.
3. Alisin ang mascara at iba pang make-up sa mata. Ang ganitong produktong ay maaaring kontaminado na ng bacteria.
4. Sa may contact lens, sundin ang tamang direksyon sa pagsuot at paglinis nito.

Kumonsulta sa doktor kung tuluy-tuloy ang pagluluha, may pananakit o panlalabo ng mata.
