Manages research studies, statistical and spatial database, maintenance of GIS, and consolidation of city development plans. Leads secretariat for CDC and CBMS, uploads/comply annual data requirements for the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG), Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) and Provincial Product Accounts (PPAs), other reportorial requirements and fulfills additional duties as directed.
