"An Order Amending Executive Order No. 21-259, Adopting the Provision with the IATF Guidelines on the Implementation of Alert Levels System for COVID-19 Responses"
E.O. 288 - Adopting the guidelines on Alert Level 2 Status; effective tomorrow, 6 November 2021
HIGHLIGHTS:
1. Fully vaccinated individuals may now be permitted on some activities.
2. Increasing to 50% capacity for indoor activities, while 70% capacity for outdoor activities:
a. Gatherings
b. Recreational establishments
c. Cinemas
d. Limited face to face classes subject to the approval of the president,
e. Among others
3. S-Pass requirement in addition to Brgy Clearance and LGU Acceptance are any of the following:
a. Fully vaccinated Covid-19 Immunization Card;
b. Certificate of Complete Covid-19 Immunization;
c. Negative RT-PCR; (only valid within 72 hours)
d. Rapid Antigen Test;
4. Fully vaccinated clients are prioritized when transacting in the Local Government Offices, National Government agencies are encouraged to do the same.
5. Curfew is now 12:00AM to 4:00AM
6. Gaming Establishments are not allowed to operate.
7. Consumption of liquor within establishments are allowed from 9:00AM to 10:00PM only.
