The Barangay Dalipuga-BLGU warmly welcomed Ms. Michelle Angelie B. Galarpe, CSR and Admin Manager of Holcim Philippines – Lugait Plant, during her recent visit to Mapalad Day Care Center.

It can be recalled that the rehabilitation of the center is a joint project of Holcim Philippines, which generously provided the construction materials, and the Barangay LGU, which contributed the labor.

During her visit, Ms. Galarpe also brought exciting news as she handed over a playpen that will surely benefit and bring joy to the children of the center.

Courtesy visit from the City Engineer’s Office to conduct an inspection of the following four (4) Day Care Centers namely:Kalubihon Day Care Center in Purok 1,Phase I Kalubihon Day Care Center,Godswill Day Care Center and Purok 9 GK Tag-Ibo Day Care Center for the validation of the buildings current status. This activity aims to assess their condition as part of the basis for future funding allocation and development support charge to Local School Board (LSB) Fund.

We sincerely appreciate their time and effort in ensuring that our facilities continue to improve for the benefit of our community, especially our young learners.
