In celebration of Women’s Month 2026, the Land Transportation Office – Ilagan District Office (LTO Ilagan D.O.) will be conducting a FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) on March 11, 2026.

This activity is EXCLUSIVE FOR WOMEN ONLY as part of our commitment to empower women through proper road safety education and responsible driving awareness.
📌Maximum of 30 participants only.
📌Participants must scan the QR code to register online.
📌Only those who successfully registered online will be qualified to avail of the FREE TDC.

📝 Requirements for the FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC)
1. Photocopy of PSA / Birth Certificate
2. Photocopy of a Government-issued / valid ID
3. Photocopy of Marriage Contract (for married women)
4. Parent’s Consent and Photocopy of a valid ID of the parent or guardian (for applicants aged 17 and below)

Ipinababatid ng LTO Ilagan District Office sa lahat ng rehistradong kalahok mula sa Zone 1, 2, at 3 ng San Mariano, Isabela na magkakaroon ng libreng Theoretical Driving Course (TDC).

Ang nasabing aktibidad ay gaganapin sa Enero 23–24, 2026 at idaraos sa Zone 3, San Mariano, Isabela. Layunin ng programang ito na mabigyan ng sapat na kaalaman ang mga kalahok tungkol sa tamang batas trapiko at responsableng pagmamaneho.
