The CDRRM Training and Assessment Center – City of Ilagan is now accepting applicants for Emergency Medical Services NC II (EMS NC II) Batch 2 for the School Year 2026 under the TESDA Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP).

This scholarship program aims to equip qualified applicants with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed in emergency medical response, including Basic Life Support (BLS), patient assessment, emergency care, ambulance operations, and pre-hospital patient management.

We are proud to share that our EMS NC II Assessment Center has successfully undergone the First Assessment and Certification Compliance Audit conducted last February 18, 2026 through a face-to-face audit method.

The audit was led by Mr. Frederick Samiling, Member Auditor from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Regional Office R2.

Another milestone has been achieved as the City of Ilagan DRRM – Training and Assessment Center successfully conducted another round of Emergency Medical Services NC II Assessment!

This activity brought together dedicated and passionate responders from The Bureau of Fire Protection, City of Ilagan Medical Center, City Health Offices 1 and 2, San Antonio City of Ilagan Hospital, Ilagan Mayor's Action Center (IMAC), Isabela Electric Cooperative, Philippine Red Cross City of Ilagan Chapter and the City of Ilagan Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. All eager to demonstrate their competencies and readiness to serve our community during emergencies.

Each candidate showcased not only their technical skills but also their commitment, discipline and heart for public service. Their performance reflects the growing strength of our city’s emergency response capacity and our shared goal of ensuring that every IlagueΓ±o has access to skilled and reliable emergency care.

We extend our profound appreciation to our highly skilled and professional assessors, Lead Assessor Miss Jhing Bernal and Jasper Bangisan from PRC Abra Chapter Training and Assessment Center and Jan Paul Galiza from City of Ilagan Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office whose guidance, diligence and fair evaluation made this assessment meaningful and impactful. A PROUD MOMENT FOR OUR EMS NC II TRAINING GRADUATES!

We celebrate a significant milestone as 25 dedicated trainees successfully completed the Emergency Medical Services NC II Training. This achievement is more than just the end of a program, it's the beginning of their journey as competent, compassionate and service-driven emergency responders.

Over the past weeks, our trainees have undergone intensive lectures, hands-on skills training, simulations and real-world emergency scenarios. They demonstrated resilience, discipline, teamwork and the unwavering desire to serve the community in times of need. Their hard work reflects the true spirit of public service and preparedness.

We extend our appreciation to our instructors, evaluators and the entire City of Ilagan DRRMO - Training Team for their guidance and commitment to shaping skilled EMS professionals. Thank you as well to the families and supporters who stood by our trainees throughout their journey.
