The program thrust of PROVINCIAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT COUNCIL of the Province of Isabela shall be pursued by keeping all member-agencies ready in terms of Training, Equipment and Personnel. The PDRRMC's inherent duty for public safety dictates the provision of Area Security, Search Rescue, Recovery, Evacuation, Relief Operations and Rehabilitation of affected areas of the province.

SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog ang inaasahan sa Isabela sanhi ng Hanging Habagat.

Mahina hanggang sa Malakas na hangin mula sa Timog-kanluran ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging katamtaman ang pag-alon.

SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

PAGTAYA: Maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog ang mararanasan Isabela sanhi ng Hanging Habagat.

Katamtaman hanggang sa Malakas na hangin mula sa Timog-kanluran ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging banayad hanggang sa maalon.

KROVANH IS NOW MOVING EAST NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE SEA SOUTH OF JAPAN.

Location of Center: 985 km Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (OUTSIDE PAR) (25.9°N, 129.7°E).

Intensity:
Max. Winds: 65 km/h
Gustiness: 80 km/h

Present movement: East northeastward at 15 km/h

Strong to gale-force winds extend outwards up to 450 km from the center
