A productive coordination meeting was initiated by Hon. Evyn Jay C. Diaz, DMD, 1st District Board Member of Isabela, together with organizer Ysa Sabater, the members of the CIRC, and the members and staff of the SK Federation of the City of Ilagan headed by SK Federation President Hon. Errol John R. Nebalasca.

Plans are now in motion as preparations continue for the upcoming Cityhood Anniversary celebration of the City of Ilagan.

Big ideas. Bigger collaborations. One unforgettable celebration.

Representing SK Federation President Hon. Errol John R. Nebalasca, SK Chairperson Hon. Dominic Ian Joshua Garcia of Barangay Sta. Barbara and Hon. Romel Miro of Barangay Centro Poblacion attended the 2026 Joint 2nd Regular Quarterly Meeting spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Isabela through the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO), held today at the GFN Dy Sr. Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of Ilagan.

The meeting served as an important platform for youth leaders, LYDOs, PYDC members, and YORP organizations to discuss key youth development initiatives, including the LEaP Program Rollout in Isabela, consultation for the 2026 Buwan ng Kabataan and International Youth Day Celebration, proposed Pride Month activities, updates on NYC and DILG youth development guidelines, Isabela Scholarship Program updates, and Youth Development Monitoring and YORP updates.

The SK Federation of the City of Ilagan remains committed to actively participating in programs and discussions that strengthen youth empowerment, leadership, and development across the province.

FREE DOWNLOADABLE BUSY BOOKS FOR KIDS

As part of the programs and initiatives of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation – City of Ilagan, we are happy to share FREE downloadable Busy Books for Kids para sa ating mga kabataang learners at mga kapatid sa komunidad.

Layunin ng programang ito na makatulong sa:
- Early childhood learning
- Interactive and creative activities
- Fun and educational bonding at home

Sa pamamagitan ng simpleng learning materials na ito, patuloy nating suportahan ang paghubog sa mas matalino, malikhain, at aktibong kabataan.

This project is made possible through the collaboration of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation – City of Ilagan and Rosegoldtell's Creation. Rosegoldtell is also known as a novelist whose literary works continue to inspire creativity and imagination among readers.

A late upload from the successful opening of ALAB Batch 7 held last May 13, 2026 at Baligatan Covered Court.

ALAB Batch 7, a program of the City Government Unit for the youth, officially opened with the presence of City Vice Mayor Hon. Jay Eveson C. Diaz together with the SK Federation President Hon. Errol John R. Nebalasca, who also delivered a short message of inspiration and encouragement to all participants.

Thank you to everyone who joined and supported this meaningful gathering of young IlagueΓ±os. May the spirit of unity, sportsmanship, leadership, and camaraderie continue to shine throughout the entire program.

The SK Federation – City of Ilagan respectfully reminds all SK Chairpersons to complete and submit all required documents and reports relative to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-021 concerning inventory, turnover, and accountability records.

All concerned officials are encouraged to coordinate with their respective barangays and concerned offices to ensure that all reports and documentary requirements are properly completed and submitted before the leadership transition.

Let us continue to uphold transparency, accountability, and responsible youth leadership in our respective barangays.

All concerned officials are encouraged to coordinate with their respective LYDO and ensure the submission and updating of the following:
