𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦-𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗔 𝗕𝗨𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗔, 𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗧 𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗡

SANTIAGO CITY — Muling nakamit ng City of Ilagan, Isabela ang parangal bilang Most Business Friendly City sa buong bansa sa ikalawang magkasunod na pagkakataon.

Iginawad ang nabanggit na parangal ng Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) kung saan ang lungsod ng Ilagan ang umangat para sa kategoryang City Level 2 o First to Second Class Component Cities.

Dumaan sa butas ng karayom ang mga lokal na pamahalaan sa pag-depensa ng kanilang mga natatanging programa at inisyatiba sa larangan hindi lamang ng kalakalan o negosyo kundi maging ng good governance at digital transformation.

Personal na sumalang si Mayor Jay Diaz sa panel ng PCCI kung saan inilatag nito ang mga komprehensibong programa at proyekto ng LGU tungo sa konseptong Liveable City kung saan nagsisilbing mga haligi nito ang Survivability, Sustainability, Mobility, Landscape Development, Innovation, Connectivity, at Legacy.

Pinagtutuunang pansin ng LGU Ilagan ang pagpapalakas ng iba’t ibang sektor pangunahin ang agrikultura bilang ito pa rin ang pangunahing ikinabubuhay ng mga residente na mayroong makabago at inobatibong hakbang gaya ng tinatawag na ‘farm to table’ at ‘forward integration’ kung saan mula sa raw resources ay nagiging samu’t saring produkto nanaipo-proseso na mismo sa siyudad.

Kasabay ng lumalagong ekonomiya ng lungsod ay nagreresulta sa “development supply chain” kung saan nadaragdagan ang infrastructure projects, dumarami ang naipagkakaloob na social services para sa mamamayan, at napapayabong ang kalakalan at komersyo na nakapagbibigay ng oportunidad sa mga residente kaya’t napalalakas naman nito ang kanilang purchasing powers.

Samantala, kabilang sa mga naging mahigpit na katunggali ng City of Ilagan para sa nasabing kategorya ng parangal ay ang siyudad ng Biñan, Calamba, Legazpi, at Tarlac.

Itinanghal ang mga nagwagi sa 51st Philippine Business Conference and Expo noong ika-20 hanggang ika-25 ng Oktubre na ginanap sa SMX Convention Center Manila.

On September 27-28, 2025, the Ilagan Mayors Action Center (IMAC) Ambulance Transport Services (ATS) facilitated the safe transfer of a 39 year old male patient with the following diagnosis of Fracture for a complete displaced of right and left tibia, Fracture closed complete displaced secondary to right metatarsal, from Philippine Orthopedic Center Quezon City to Capellan City of Ilagan, Isabela.

This mission was successfully carried out under the professional care of RENATO BUTAC together with the Transport Officers RIZALDY MADRIAGA and ELIAZAR MARTINEZ in ensuring the patient safety and comfort throughout the journey.

This initiative was made possible through the healthcare support and program of MAYOR JAY DIAZ and VICE MAYOR JAYVE DIAZ, whose continued commitment and strengthens the delivery of vital emergency medical services to the community.

On September 17-18, 2025, the Ilagan Mayors Action Center (IMAC) Ambulance Transport Services (ATS) facilitated the safe transfer of a 52 year old male patient diagnosed with ESOPHAGEAL MASS T/C BONE MASS , HYPOVOLEMIC SHOCK AND ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME from Capellan City of Ilagan, Isabela to Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center Manila.

This mission was successfully carried out under the professional care of BETTY MAE ARORABLE RN together with the Transport Officers JESTONY SANTIAGO and FLORENDO CADORNA in ensuring the patient safety and comfort throughout the journey.

This initiative was made possible through the healthcare support and program of MAYOR JAY DIAZ and VICE MAYOR JAYVE DIAZ, whose continued commitment and strengthens the delivery of vital emergency medical services to the community.
