Para po sa kaalaman ng lahat!

Ang ePhilID or ELECTRONIC COPY OF PHILID ay Valid Proof of Identity na nakasaad sa Republic Act No. 11055 or Philippine Identification System Act na pwede na gamitin habang hinihintay ang pagrelease ng permanent/physical card.

Darating din po ang ating mga ID card ngunit pareho lang po ang nilalaman sa EPHILID's. Ito ay valid at maaaring gamitin sa lahat ng transaction.

Kung may mga ahensya po na ayaw tumanggap ng ePHILID, maaari niyo po itong ireport sa aming tanggapan upang magawan ng kaukulang aksyon.

Hinihikayat po namin ang lahat ng residente na may edad 5 pataas na magpa rehistro para sa National ID System.

Inilunsad kamakailan ng PSA ang PhilSys Check o authentication system para sa PhilID. Sa pamamagitan ng naturang sistema, matutulungan nito ang mga establisyemento na mapabilis ang authentication process sa bawat transaksyon ng PhilID cardholder.

Ang system ay kasalukuyang available sa android smartphone devices at laptop o desktop na may Windows 11 o MacOs High Sierra. Pumunta lamang sa verify.philsys.gov.ph

Republic Act No. 11055, or the Philippine Identification System Act, signed into law by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on August 6, 2018, aims to establish a single national identification system for all citizens and resident aliens of the Republic of the Philippines. The valid proof of identity provided by the PhilSys shall be a means of simplifying public and private transactions, and shall be a social and economic platform that promotes seamless social service delivery and strengthens financial inclusion for both public and private services. As a foundational digital ID system, the PhilSys will transform how services are delivered in the Philippines, and accelerate our transition into a digital economy, including to enable presenceless, paperless, and cashless transactions.

• Make services more accessible. PhilSys will be accessible to all Filipinos and its credential will be accepted for most transactions. It will provide access to financial, social protection, health education and other government services;
• Promote ease of doing business. It will provide a platform for the government and private sector to identify and verify their customer in a digital and automated manner both in-person and online transactions;
• Enhance the integrity of services and reduce fraud. PhilSys will uniquely identify each registered person at a national scale with high-level of assurance, eliminate identity fraud and strengthen integrity of functional identification registries;
• Enable and promote participation and trust in digital government and the digital economy. PhilSys should enable to broader transition to digital, online citizen-centric service delivery by government and the private sector; and;
• Empower Filipinos to have greater control over their personal data. PhilSys will give PSN-holders the ability to determine who sees what data about them when carrying out transactions using the Philsys. It will contribute to greater transparency and accountability for how data is used in the Philippines.

A foundational digital ID system, like PhilSys, will contribute to nation building. It will enable the Philippines to move away from inefficient and expensive physical documents, processes, and credentials to the use of digital equivalents.

Magandang balita mga ka-PHILSYS!

Mga ka-PHILSYS!

Nagbabalik po ang ating programang MOBILE REGISTRATION dito sa bayan ng Iguig. Antabayanan po ang aming pagpunta sa inyong mga barangay para magrehistro ng mga gustong magka-national ID simula ngayong April 9, 2022 na po.

Ito po ang mga kailangan para makapagrehistro:

(Lahat ng ID at dokumentong iprepresenta ay kailangang ORIGINAL or Authenticated copies.)

- Isang valid ID (Government issue, employee ID o student ID) na may kompletong pangalan, birthday at front facing picture.
- Kung may kulang/mali sa ID magdala rin po ng Certificate of Live Birth (na galing sa Local Registry/PSA/NSO).
-At kung walang ID or Birth certificate maari pong magdala ng Barangay Certificate. Siguruhing naka encode po ang kompletong pangalan, birthday and marital status at iba pang impormasyon, lagyan din po ito 1x1/2x2 id picture.

Kung may mali o kulang na impormasyon po sa id o dokumento magdala po ng supporting document.
Halimbawa: 1. Ang student ID ay walang birth day mag attached ng birth certificate o barangay certificate.
2. Ang marital status sa voters id, nakalagay po single, kung kasal na po p**i attached po ang marriage certificate or barangay certificate na may tama at updated na marital status.

Antabayan po ang abiso galing sa punong barangay sa aming magpunta sa inyong barangay.

Kung may karagdagang tanong mag message po sa aming messenger account na PSA IGUIG -Philsys Iguig.

Magandang araw po.

Sa mga nakapagpa register po ng kanilang step 2 application para sa National ID, maraming salamat po sa inyong kooperasyon para sa maayos na pagdaloy ng registration. Mangyaring mag antay na lang ng pagdating ng inyong mga ID. Wag pong wawalain ang inyong mga transaction slips. :)

Sa mga di po nakahabol, mag antay lamang po ng anunsyo mula sa page na ito, o maaari din kayong pumunta sa registration centers natin sa Tuguegarao (SM, Robinsons, o CitiMall). Pansamantala pong walang registration center sa bayan ng Iguig simula bukas, October 31, 2021.

Ngayon po ang huling araw para sa mga gusto pong magpa register for National ID sa bayan ng Iguig. Sa mga nais pong humabol, magpunta lamang po dito sa Iguig Central School. Magsama lamang po ng Original Valid ID at supporting documents gaya ng Birth Certificate o Marriage Certificate.

Paalala lamang po na kami ay hindi tumatanggap ng photocopy/xerox. Salamat po!

Sa mga nais pong humabol na magpa National ID, punta lang po kayo sa Iguig Central School. Kami po ay operating sa Iguig hanggang bukas na lamang. Magdala po ng original valid ID at supporting documents gaya ng birth certificate o marriage certificate.

Paalala lang po na di po kami tumatanggap ng photocopy/xerox. Salamat po. :)
