"The Barangay Barasan Council and the SK Council formally acknowledge and deeply appreciate the generous donation of school supplies from Sangguniang Bayan Member Hon. Romeo "Toti" Espinosa and their family. Received on August 31, 2025, these supplies will be invaluable for our day care, pre-schoolers, LCEN and Grade 6 pupils. This act of generosity demonstrates SB Toti's spirit of giving back and recognizing the community's ongoing support. We also extend our gratitude to Sangguniang Bayan Member Hon. Fatima E. Ebanen for her generous support of the Barangay Barasan Spring Water Association. Thank you both for your continued partnership and commitment to our community."

Though this message comes a little late, our appreciation remains as deep and genuine as ever. Your presence, support, and dedication played a significant role in making the event both meaningful and memorable.

To our esteemed guests—Mayor Vicente Escorpion Jr., the Sangguniang Bayan Members, staff from the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development, the Office of the Municipal Engineer, the Barangay Council led by our Punong Barangay, Hon.
