Notice!
This is to inform that for the year 2026, the Municipality of Hungduan did not issue permit to operate business to Insina Bar owned and managed by Ms. Janet N. Dumangeng due to improper waste disposal in a Permanent Environment Protection Order (PEPO) area as per joint inspection conducted by DENR and EMB staff.

This notice is issued after alleged claims by Ms. Dumangeng that she has secured a permit from this Municipality and thus, her reason to continue to operate business.

- Application for new/renewal of Mayor's Permit for the year 2026 is now going on until January 20, 2026.
-For all barangays, your barangay clearance will be issued by the BPLO as authorized thru your local ordinances based on national guidelines and base on the list submitted by your respective barangay (diretso kayu mo munisipyu, adikayu mo ume barangay an mangala brgy clearance yu)
-You may still secure your CEDULA from your respective barangays ngem mabalin bo munisipyu nu maid mun issue hi barangay yu

-Additional requirements of health certificate for food handlers(nadan munlutu makan nga ilaku da) and applicable licenses and certifications (e.g. PCAB License for contractors, DOT accreditation for homestays, franchise for transport services)
-For faster transactions, bring your 2025 Business Permit and your valid DTI certificate of business name registration

The Municipality of Hungduan through the Business Permit and Licensing Office registered 243 business establishments as of January 20 marking the last day of Business One-Stop Shop 2025.

BOSS 2025 reaffirms LGU dedication and commitment to deliver a hassle-free, fast and convenient process of business registration in ONE PLACE.

Thank you to all business owners and stakeholders for your cooperation to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. The fees and taxes you paid will be reinvested back into the Hungduan community through government programs, projects, services and activities that benefit the public.

Business registration is still OPEN to those who are conducting business in the Municipality. To those who do not have Business Permit yet, you are highly encouraged to register.

Maphod an algo ki ditakun am-in! The Municipality of Hungduan will hold its 2024 Tungoh ad Hungduan BAZAAR (trade fair) at Namugong, Poblacion, Hungduan on April 16-19, 2024. This venue will enable the local businesses and entrepreneurs of Hungduan to generate more income, sustain their businesses and improve their quality of life. Thus, i-Hungduan entrepreneurs with Business Permits are encouraged to join this trade fair as you are being prioritized for the identified spaces for rent. You are given until April 12, 2024 to reach the office for reservations.
