Under the steadfast leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐄, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Acting Regional Director of the Bureau of Fire Protection Region 3, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐎 𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of Bataan, and led by 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟒 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal of Hermosa Fire Station, the personnel of this station conducted a Skills Enhancement Activity focused on administrative matters and the implementation of fire safety regulations.

The activity aimed to enhance the administrative and technical capabilities of BFP personnel by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills for the effective implementation of fire safety regulations and organizational policies.

It also emphasized the importance of professionalism, accountability, and strict adherence to operational standards in the performance of their duties.

Under the steadfast leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐄, DSC, Acting Regional Director of the Bureau of Fire Protection Region 3, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐎 𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of Bataan, and under the guidance of 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟒 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐁 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal of Hermosa Fire Station, personnel conducted the Traditional Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony at the Municipality of Hermosa, followed by a Rank Inspection, in accordance with the prescribed Seven (7)-Day Mode of Activities.

The activity aims to strengthen personnel discipline, maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized workplace, promote the welfare of all personnel, and ensure the effective delivery of public service.

Through regular inspections and related activities, personnel are encouraged to uphold professionalism, accountability, and operational readiness in the performance of their duties.

This activity demonstrates the station’s continued commitment to integrity, discipline, and excellence in public service, while ensuring that all personnel remain prepared, responsive, and committed to serving and protecting the community.

Continuous training is essential in further enhancing the knowledge, skills, and preparedness of firefighters in responding to various types of emergencies. Through these activities, the station ensures a safe, prompt, efficient, and professional response during times of need, as part of the Bureau’s continuing commitment to delivering effective public service.

The activity focused on strengthening fire safety awareness, emergency preparedness, and community resilience through informative discussions and practical exercises. Participants gained valuable knowledge on fire prevention, proper emergency response procedures, basic knot tying, and appropriate lifting and carrying techniques, as well as the importance of remaining calm, alert, and prepared during fire incidents and other emergencies.

This was conducted in accordance with the prescribed Seven (7)-Day Mode of Activities as a reminder of the continuous fulfillment of duties and the maintenance of discipline.

More than just a routine inspection, it is important to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and discipline within the station. A clean and orderly place to live and work reflects the professionalism of our personnel and ensures that all equipment and facilities are in good and optimal condition. By keeping our quarters always ready for inspection, we demonstrate our continued adherence to discipline, orderliness, and readiness in the performance of our duties.
