***ANNOUNCEMENT***

What Is ePhilID?

-It is the digital version of the PHILID/NATIONAL ID.
-To allow registrants immediately enjoy the benefits of being registered to PhilSys.
-Only persons with generated PhilSys Number (PSN) may be issued with printed ePHILDs.
-It has the same validity and functionality as the physical ID card.
-Claiming is FREE and EASY.
-ePHILID may be laminated. You are reminded to avoid folding its QR CODE.
-Only clients with Transaction Slip from Step 2 Registration will have the access to check the availability of ePHILID.
-A PERSON WHO ALREADY HAVE THE PHILID CARD IS DISCOURAGED TO REQUEST FOR ePHILID DURING INITIAL ROLL-OUT.

***PROCEDURES IN THE ISSUANCE OF THE ELECTRONIC PHILID/ ePHILID***

1. Check the availability of your ePHILID and PSN through
appt.philsys.gov.ph
(ePHILID Appointment System)

2. READ and CLICK ‘’I agree to the privacy notice’’.

3. Enter the 29- digit transaction number (TRN) from your transaction slip and click VERIFY.
***If your ePHILID is available, you may set an appointment at your preferred Registration Center.

4. Bring the TRANSACTION SLIP and PRINT / SCREENSHOT of your appointment to the chosen Registration Center for the printing of ePHILID.

NOTE: Only the ePHILID owner shall be allowed to request or claim the ePHILID from the registration center in compliance with Section 17 of the Republic Act. No. 11055 or Protection against Unlawful Disclosure of Information / Record.

NOTE: If the result of your TRN Verification in the ePHILID Appointment System is not yet available, it means your PhilSys Number (PSN) is still not generated. You are not eligible to have a copy of ePHILID. We advise that you visit the system regularly to check.

Note: For Minors, Person incapacitated to give consent and differently abled person, he/she will be accompanied by his/her parent, legal guardian or person exercising substitute parental authority.

Sa kabatiran po ng lahat Ng Guinayanganin!

Extended po ang Philsys Step 2 Registration (National) until October 30 , 2021 lamang sa bayan ng Guinayangan.

5 years old pataas po ang pwede magparehistro at mandala original Valid ID/Documents at Kung walang ID/Documents ang BARANGAY CERTIFICATION with 2 x 2 at Cedula ay sapat na para kau ay marehistro.

Tumatanggap po kami LUNES - SABADO mula 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at meron lng pong 60 SLOTS per Day at ito po at FIRST COME FIRST SERVE

Kung kau po ay Di nakapagpatehistro hanggang October 30, 2021, magoonline registration na po kau at sa Lucena or kalapit na bayan na po kau pupunta upang kau ay marehistro,

Be PhilSys informed!

MAAARI nang gamitin ang iyong PhilID sa alinmang SM Business Center services tulad ng foreign currency exchange, remittance service, at credit card transactions.

Bilang isa sa mga pangunahing partner ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), patuloy ang paghihikayat ng SM Supermalls sa kanilang retail partner affiliates at mga tenant upang kilalanin ang PhilID bilang valid proof of identity.

Alinsunod sa isang memorandum na inilabas noong 19 May 2021, patuloy na hinihikayat ng PSA ang iba't ibang ahensya ng gobyerno at mga pribadong establisyemento ang pagtanggap sa PhilID bilang valid, sufficient proof of identity sa alinmang transaksyon.

Ang Philsys Step 2 Registration (National ID) ay tatlong araw na lng dito sa bayan ng Guinayangan at magtatapos ngaun OCTOBER 15, 2021 araw ng BIYERNES, at kung meron pang hindi nakakapagparehistro edad LIMANG TAONG (5) PATAAS (BATA/MATANDA) ay Kung maaari lamang po na pumunta na dito sa Guinayangan Covered Court habang may oras pa upang kau ay marehistro sa kadahilanang wala na po ito extension at ipullout na po ang National ID Registration dito sa Bayan ng Guinayangan, at kung kayo po ay di nakapagrehistro, Sa kalapit na bayan na po kayo pupunta or sa Lucena upang magparehistro
