Business Continuity Planning Seminar for PPG Beneficiaries in Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental

On July 8, 2024, a Business Continuity Planning Seminar was conducted at the Brgy. Sigaboy Covered Court, attended by 21 female and 9 male participants. The event was facilitated by Anne Carmel Nagal, Senior Business Counselor I at the Negosyo Center Governor Generoso, in collaboration with MDRMO Shiela Jane Silverio, RN, who led a Risk Reduction Seminar and First Aid session. Additionally, MENRO OIC Majylendy U. Casamayor conducted a Waste Management Seminar.

On June 21, 2024, an Entrepreneurial Mind-setting Seminar and Values Formation for Business Retailers was successfully conducted at the Brgy Sigaboy Covered Court in Governor Generoso. The seminar was facilitated by Anne Carmel R. Nagal, Technical Staff of Negosyo Center.
The seminar received positive feedback, with attendees expressing newfound motivation and a clearer vision for their business ventures. This initiative underscores the commitment of the Negosyo Center to fostering a supportive environment for local entrepreneurs and promoting sustainable economic development in the community.

March 20, 2024 - Governor Generoso: In a concerted effort to support the resilience and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Municipality of Governor Generoso, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has joined hands with the local government unit (LGU) to conduct a comprehensive Business Continuity Planning and Entrepreneurial Development program.

Empiedad Jr, successfully conducted today October 19, 2021 the Distribution of Livelihood Kits as assistance to ten (10) Sari-Sari Store owner-beneficiaries from Brgy. Nangan Gov. Generoso, D.O. The Venue of the distribution was at the Municipal Gym, Brgy. Poblacion, Gov. Generoso, D.O.
All safety protocols in conducting an activity were followed such as wearing of face mask, use of thermal scanner & rubbing alcohol and social distancing.

Empiedad Jr. successfully conducted a Seminar on How to Strengthen your Business in an Economic Downturn on October 11, 2021.
Ten (10) Sari-Sari Store owners participated in the seminar which is very beneficial to them especially in the present time that we are in the covid-19 pandemic.
All safety protocols in conducting an activity were followed such as wearing of face mask, use of thermal scanner & rubbing alcohol, and social distancing.
