Announcement: BMS Update

1. Fixed oversight on Table generations on KP monthly Transmittal.
2. Included KP form 12 in Lupon Cases.
3. Offline Access Version 2 - Slow Internet is not a Problem Anymore.
4. System Optimization
- Before : System Size: 43.6 mb (Causing lag in First Log In)
- Current: System Size: 4.3 mb (Loading is immediate)

Some Updates cannot be Publicly Posted as it concerns more on the overall infrastructure of the system.

​Correct Data Views: Clicking "Total Households" now displays the proper household preview table instead of the families list.
​Accurate Insights: View house numbers, purok details, and member counts instantly from the dashboard.
​🖼️ PRINT PREVIEW MODAL
​No more surprise prints! We’ve added a proper preview modal for the Household list. Review your data, check the layout, and print only when you’re ready.
​📅 CUSTOM DATE FORMATS
​Your Data, Your Way: You can now set a system-wide date format in the Settings page. Choose from 7 different formats (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY or December 30, 2000). This update applies to:
​Death Registry
​Form A & Form B
