MINUTES of the Meeting
Held on MARCH 9, 2019, Saturday, 2:00 pm,
at the MLCS , Gingoog City
The meeting was called to order at 2:30 pm . Snacks served courtesy of President Beth.

I Updates on Financial Status – Accounting, Financial Reports
Treasurer Mira A. Ferrer made an oral accounting and financial report:
A)INCOMES: 2018 Homecoming
1) Income from Registration = 5,200.00
2) Income from Search for Mr and Ms Alumni = 1,726.35
3) Income from Solicitations returned:
Elizabeth B. Stucki = Cash Prizes 1,500.00
Emmanuel Robert Ramasola = Cash Prizes 1,500.00
Orlando Bucton = 1,835.00

Mam T. Caingles declared there is still 700 plus and she will use it for printing tarpauline.
It was agreed that the solicitor will avail of the 20% , for tarp solicitations. Must be submitted ahead to give time for printing and hanging.

II Principal Caingles will again distribute Solicitations to all the teachers of MLCS. The money be used to spend for decorations and Physical Arrangement.
( Mam Visande received 15 solicitation papers with control Numbers-no updates )
Certificates of appreciation will be distributed.
III Projects for the School -
1) Project of the Alumni Association (benches and tables) - already installed. at the Math and Science Park) c/o Mam Marivic San Sebastian
2) Updates on Batch 70 ( “I LOVE MLCS” ) already installed
3)Updates Batch 76 Benches construction – Total of 10 benches constructed.
- 9 benches were donated by Batch 76
- 1 bench donated by Benerando Adran Batch 56.
Already transferred to Math and Science Park . Thank you.
4)New Proposed Project - Alumni Office/Room
( adjacent to Storylandia )
Mam Pedrablanca,.( in charge of the Key was in Manila. The room will be cleared by Monday) – Pres. Beth will hire the carpenter for the job, Expenses c/o Pres. Beth
5)New Proposed Project – Alumni Officers Wall
( tiled Fence with metal letterings at the Guanzon St. gate)
Costing more than 50,000.00.
50,000.00 will be shouldered by Pres Beth.
( the rest will be divided among the officers and other names to be included)
6) Proposed project by Mam Visande – Orchidarium where the I Love MLCS was located,be renovated and cleaned up.
Things to do:
1) We need to hang new ones for 2019, please include Highway.
2) Letters addressed to mam T. G. Garrido and J V Ladaga were sent c/o Tersola (no update)
3) Tarp was hung at JPC c/o Beth - done
4) Letters be sent to speakers Alumni

Carmela Visande informed, that the Mass will still be at 3 pm to give time for the priest to rest.

A) 2 Policemen Stipend for Motorcade= 1,000.00
Motorcade at 2 pm before the mass at 3 pm.
B) 2 Patrol for the night party = 1,000.00

d) Obtain permits from Mayor's Office
e) Request Marshals
f) Submit Sketch of Route and Arrangement of Batches vehicles

4) Suggestions of mam Visande like what DRBCS...batches pleadges 3,000.000 for the Association
maybe 1,000.00...Probem is..Batches do not attend meetings.
