The meeting was called to order at 2:30 pm . Snacks served courtesy of President Beth and Principal Teresita Caingles.

It was agreed that some of the solicitation money will be placed in envelopes for raffle prizes. Some will be for the lumni Association funds.

2) New Proposed Project – Alumni Officers Wall
( tiled Fence with metal letterings at the Guanzon St. gate)
Costing more than 50,000.00.
50,000.00 will be shouldered by Pres Beth.

other names to be included on the wall )

3)Proposed project suggested by Mam Visande – Orchidarium where the “I Love MLCS”
was located, be renovated and cleaned up.

Carmela Visande informed, that the Mass will still be at 3 pm to give time for the priest to rest.

Treasurer Mira A. Ferrer made an oral accounting and financial report:

2) Income from Search for Mr and Ms Alumni = 1,726.35
3) Income from Solicitations returned:

Mam T. Caingles declared there is still 700 plus and she will use it for printing tarpauline.

It was agreed that the solicitor will avail of the 20% , for tarp solicitations. Must be submitted ahead to give time for printing and hanging.

II Principal Caingles will again distribute Solicitations to all the teachers of MLCS. The money be used to spend for decorations and Physical Arrangement.

III Projects for the School -

1) Project of the Alumni Association (benches and tables) - already installed. at the Math and Science Park) c/o Mam Marivic San Sebastian
2) Updates on Batch 70 ( “I LOVE MLCS” ) already installed

3)Updates Batch 76 Benches construction – Total of 10 benches constructed.
- 9 benches were donated by Batch 76
- 1 bench donated by Benerando Adran Batch 56.

Already transferred to Math and Science Park . Thank you.
