The Personnel Headcount 2026 was conducted at Gerona Fire Station, BFP Tarlac, as part of the personnel accountability and verification initiative of the Bureau of Fire Protection Central Luzon.
The activity aimed to conduct the accounting, verification and validation of active personnel to ensure that the Bureau's personnel records are accurate, complete and updated, while also assessing the readiness of personnel to respond to any fire and emergency services.

The activity was also supported by the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal Inspection Team, headed by ๐
๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP Tarlac, together with the OPFM staff.
Under the leadership of ๐
๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, Municipal Fire Marshal, the Personnel Headcount was successfully conducted at Gerona Fire Station, wherein station personnel underwent the required accounting, verification and validation procedures.
A Donning and Doffing Activity and Fire Truck Inspection were also conducted as part of the Operational Readiness Site Inspection and Troop Evaluation (ORSITE) CY 2026. The activities assessed the proper donning and doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and firefighting gear, as well as the readiness, condition and operational capability of the fire trucks.
Through this activity, Gerona Fire Station continues to strengthen personnel accountability, operational readiness, equipment preparedness and firefighter safety, ensuring a prompt, safe and effective response to emergencies and other incidents within its area of responsibility.
