24/7 monitored CCTVs within the premises, parking lot is free. Unit is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. This superb property with a living space of approximately 90 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, living, dining area, kitchen, 2 toilet and bath with small BBQ area and 5x5 sqm swimming pool. Both bedrooms, living, and dining area have air conditioning units. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 2nd bedrooms has 3 bunk beds and extra 3 floor mattresses. The Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, dinnerware and cutlery good for 10 people. We have cooking utensils in the kitchen; to be able to prepare simple dishes but we really don’t encourage guests to cook smelly food to avoid lingering smell. ₱1,000.00 penalty to units with bad odors caused by cooking. The bathroom is equipped with hot shower, bidet. Toilet paper is provided; Guest is encouraging to bring their own towel and toiletries. -For early check-in and hourly extension, there will be an additional fee of ₱1,000 per hour, depending on the availability of the unit.
* We have a first come, first serve policy. Pencil booking will only be held for 24 Hours. Walk-ins are allowed, depends on the availability of the suites and resort.
* A contract for an event will only arise upon AMAROO RESORT and you entering into a venue hire agreement and 50% deposit is made. " No deposit means No Reservation".
* AMAROO RESORT requires ₱2,000.00 security bond upon check-in. (Refundable upon check out).
* PETS are allowed with additional Pet fee of ₱2,000.00 to cover potential damages such as furniture scratches, stained carpets, beddings or extra cleaning required due to pet-related messes.
* PARTIES: No sticking of banners, posters and balloons on the walls, no party poppers, do double sided tapes, and nails.
* Down payment is non-refundable. Such payment may only be refunded if by reason of force majeure or fortuitous events (fire, flood, lighting strike, earthquake, landslide, explosion, volcanic eruption).
* Rebooking or change of date is allowed when done at least one week prior to check-in date with 10% surcharge. Non-appearance on schedule will be forfeited.
