LOOK: Last Friday our Trinitarian community launched its Nutrition Month Celebration with energy, togetherness, and great food. Starting with a morning Zumba session led by the Trinitarian Performing Arts, followed by the traditional boodle fight, and wrapping up with a salad making contest. Nutrition Month truly helps us stay fit, healthy, and united as one!
While still doing ordinary things, extraordinarily well!

Tomorrow, we celebrate the launch of Nutrition Month, dedicated to promoting healthy habits and the importance of what we put on our plates. Food is so much more than physical nourishment, it shapes our daily vitality and well-being.

To celebrate, we'll start the day moving with morning zumba, enjoy a traditional boodle fight uniting our students, faculty staffs, and admins, and get creative with an afternoon salad-making activity to top it all off.

Here’s to eating well, moving often, and building a healthier lifestyle together!
