**4th LAND MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (LMC) REGULAR MEETING | JULY 29, 2026**

The Land Management Council (LMC), in collaboration with partner National Government Agencies (NGAs), convened its 4th Regular Meeting to deliberate on key initiatives aimed at advancing land governance, public asset management, and post-disaster recovery.

Among the major agenda discussed were the operationalization of the Sinawal Abattoir at Lot 141, PLS 356; the proposed creation of an Inter-Agency Task Force for the recovery, protection, and management of public lands; the Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) response to address housing requirements; and the streamlining of land tenure and titling processes to facilitate the resumption of land titling.

The meeting underscored the importance of inter-agency collaboration in promoting sustainable land management, strengthening institutional coordination, and delivering responsive programs that support the long-term development and resilience of the community.
